Bank transfers & card payments: 5–10 business days

When Refunds Are Applicable

Eligibility & Verification

To ensure safety and compliance, users may be required to provide:

  • Transaction ID

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Successfully completed and utilized services
  • User errors without valid proof
  • Transactions violating Flexipay terms of use
